Stayed one night at this location. Rooms were clean but had to put up our own shower curtain on the rod (surprising!) Then, strangely enough, when we turned off all the lights and were in bed, there was active light on the bedspread, maybe static electricity? Very strange. Breakfast was super, staff was very friendly and helpful to get us coffee. In the morning, during typical checkout time, no one was staffing the front desk. Keep up the good work, and take care of your employees as I am sure they are hard to find these days.

The staff were friendly and dis a good job. The food was good and had a good selection. I enjoyed my stay there and would return.

The sheets smelled musty. The elevator was dirty! I left with a cold! Very disappointed Asked to switch rooms they staff stated they didn’t have any available! Had to make trip back downstairs to get wash clothes. Bathroom look like is wasn’t cleaned at all! Ring around the tub.

We were actually planning to stay at a different hotel, but we got our reservations in too late, and they were full. They directed us over to this one. Got 2 rooms. The rooms were actually more expensive than staying at nicer hotels... don't know if they simply take advantage of availability or if it is just Massachusetts. The rooms had no microwaves, air conditioning isn't running right (Not reading temperature right and so tries to turn the room into a freezer). Rooms had no clocks, coffee makers are not clean, furniture is worn to bare areas, handle to one room is almost broken and takes playing with to get open, bathrooms are small and have no active fan vents. On the other hand, the rooms were reasonably clean. Will avoid this hotel.

The place was very clean, I was told by expedia they didn't have a jacuzzi but did have a hot tub " the did not have one" the room they gave us smelled like cigarettes really bad but they switched it. Breakfast was wonderful until I found hair in my eggs, unfortunately 80% of the staff can't speak English so I did lots of running around looking for laundry room only to find out the dyer didn't work. Couldn't find the pool or ice machine or the elevators... so would have to walk back to where we checked in to find someone who spoke English. So besides the few flaws and the smoke smell very comfortable and clean

The hotel room was clean but as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarettes, so much so we had to spray air freshener everywhere. Also, the price of the hotel room was very expensive in my eyes for something average ($260 a night). There is not one exciting thing to do in this area so unless you desperately need a place to crash I wouldn’t come here. Also, when we stayed some customers were having a verbal fight with the reception desk, it really wasn’t a good look. On a positive note the breakfast was great I loved making my own waffles.

Room smelled like they sprayed a bottle of perfume in it, the bathroom was the worst I have every seen, shower had so much mold I see why they sprayed the perfume. Left hotel without staying and found another Hampton in another town. The only good thing was the staff was very understanding and refunded all my money.

The staff were pretty much welcoming on a daily basis. Generally speaking the environment was great especially since I was staying during Thanksgiving week.
